Temporary relief opportunity leading generalist HR activities across the employment lifecycle. Your new company Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government is seeking a VPS5 Strategic HR Business Partner to provide temporary relief leading talent management, workforce planning, interpreting workforce data, coaching people leaders, policy interpretation and case management for 3 months. What you'll need to succeedQualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
Demonstrated experience working across a variety of strategic generalist HR activities, including talent management, workforce planning, workforce data, policy and employment law and employee relations
Proven track-record working within a Business Partnering model as a HR Business Partner is critical
Previous experience within the Victoria Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
Previous experience using SuccessFactors is an advantage, however not essentialWhat you need to do now
