The Role:

Talent Street is looking for an Technical Service Delivery Advisor for a large Federal government department. The Technical Services Delivery Manger will oversee all aspects of project delivery by managing budget, scope and schedule whilst maintaining a high level of key stakeholder engagement and guide relevant projects through project delivery. Cyber Security and Infrastructure background is an essential requirement for this role.

Starting Date:     01/04/2024 - 30/06/2025 plus 2 x 12 month extensions.
Duration:            26 Months initial contract.
Location:            Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide CBD

Primary Technologies:

• Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Applications Packager, Rapid 7,Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineer.

Role Requirements:

• Maintain visibility of project work, track progress and adhere to strict quality and change management process.
• Manage resource capacity in the Project team, Risk Management and undertake project planning and execution for complex cybersecurity focused programs of work.
• Establish and continuously improve the project lifecycle, including engagement and collaboration across all areas to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical guidance, and effectively communicate the progress and status of projects.

Mandatory criteria:

• Minimum 3 + years knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and the applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT Environment, and/or Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Microsoft 365 product suite or similar digital transformation projects in a complex ICT Environment.
• Minimum 3 + year’s experience and knowledge in delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects, including managing project scope, schedule, budget constraints and providing support to clear issues blocking delivery.

Weighted criteria:

• Experience working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders and partners to minimise the organisation change impact in order to successfully implement Cyber Security mitigations.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration
