Reporting to the Head of Client and Strategic Partnerships, you will build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring partnerships are developed, nurtured, and aligned with the organisation's mission. You will drive the selection and management of innovative Strategic Partnerships for the organisation.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the development, and implementation of innovative partnership strategies, systems, and processes.
- Provide strategic advice on partnerships to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise partnership opportunities.
- Develop and manage complex partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and mutual benefits.
- Collaborate across the business to solve complex partnership problems and support continuous improvement.
- Provide project support and research to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Experience in supporting key commercial Strategic Partnerships and/or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Confidence with the ability to manage professional stakeholders.
