Our client is seeking a strategic Business Partner to join their team and create a high-performance workforce to meet the organization's ongoing needs. You will provide high level value-add expertise to staff in a range of complex, strategic People and Development (P&D) activities. You will develop and implement customer-focused talent acquisition solutions and services that drive best practice talent policies, programs, and tools. You will also develop and implement contemporary customer focused recruitment solutions and services to drive best practice policies, programs and tools. Importantly you will be effective in building partnerships with senior leaders and regional managers within the organisation.
Additionally, you will offer strategic advice to the senior leadership team and hiring managers, nurturing stakeholder relationships with recruitment agencies, analysing workforce planning data, and fostering continuous improvement in recruitment and establishment policies. You will also lead workplace change management efforts and champion progressive recruitment practices to attract a diverse workforce including capability plan development and deployment.
Suitable candidates will have experience in managing the prioritization of timely HR advice to hiring managers, including the Senior Leadership Team, in a high volume complex work environment. You will have experience in identifying and developing talent solutions in a highly regulated agency and have knowledge around NSW Government employee related legislation and guidelines.
