Form of workWe are currently recruiting for a Strategic Planner for our client, a NSW Government agency based in Parramatta. This is an initial 12 month contract role (with possibility of extension) and a pay rate of $60-70ph super, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. WFH is available for a maximum of 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and office attendance will be required on Tuesday and Thursday in Parramatta.
The Strategic Planer will be responsible for the following:Provide accurate and timely technical planning services relative to feasibility, suitability, development options and anticipated yields for specific sites or projects to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and gain approval for development projects. Utilise working relationships to collaborate and share planning outcomes internally and through contracted suppliers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of projects to meet client briefs, timelines and expectations in line with local and state government planning policies.
