Your role
You will be responsible for executing a wide range of sourcing projects within category Building Construction at Group Procurement. In your role you will also be responsible of subcategories, supplier relationship management and contracts.
The main tasks are
Perform and lead sourcing projects
Lead collaboration and communication with cross functional teams
Responsible of Supplier relationships
Set, develop and execute sub category strategies
Responsible of Supplier Governance and Contracts
Deliver performance improvements, compliance and cost reduction
Place purchase orders and enable efficient digital solutions within the category
Your profile
Required skills
Relevant University degree, or equivalent job experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Negotiation skills and contract management
Excellent collaboration, analyze and communication skills
Business driven and independent
Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills
Experience from Procurement or Supply Chain
Experience from managing Building Construction work
Experience of leading commercial teams

The Group Procurement organization consists of 52 experienced colleagues, primarily of buyers and experts within areas such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay, Legal, Business Analysis, Process Method & Tool development and Business Solution Management.
