About the role:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing holistic Structural Engineering services and can work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for running and managing a variety of projects and mentoring graduate engineers and the drafting team. Pathways to profit share and equity can become available after a period of time to star performers. You will be expected to sufficient knowledge of other disciplines and professions to be able work collaboratively with other consultants and contractors. These will include geotechnical engineers, architects, town planners, surveyors, contractors and other professionals within the building industry.
Flexible Work Arrangement:
For the right applicant we are open to employing someone on a work from home basis or part-time basis to get the right person on our team. As such you will be a self-motivated person who is able to work automonously.
Experience:
You will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years Structural Engineering experience across broad range of structure types. You will be proficient in the use of SpaceGASS, Slabs and other common design software.
