The Student Admissions (Onboarding and Engagement Advisor) will play an integral part of connecting several divisions within the organisations, with the common goal of supporting our prospective students in their steps into Tertiary Education.
This is a pivotal role within our Sydney Campus, liaising with external and internal stake holders including: Student Admissions Advisors, Teaching staff and Heads of Department, Campus and Senior Management, Academic and Student Services staff, Prospective students, Parents and Industry Professionals.
What’s involved in your new role:
- Account Manage, retain and drive student engagement initiatives for those students preparing to commence their studies.
- Ensure efficient workflow and accurate processing of various student applications, enrolments and issues
- Manage and update students' database and ensure high level of confidentiality
- Provide support to JMC Academy Student Admission Advisors with administrative tasks, retention, digital troubleshooting, student engagement initiatives
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Working with multiple student data CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Working as a part of a collaborative and supportive campus team on projects and events
