Join our People and Culture team where you will provide administrative support to the Student Services Program and Volunteer function across the organisation. You will be involved in implementing consistent processes, ensuring that information and content are updated to drive strong Student and Volunteer engagement. You will also enhance and maintain the student & volunteer information system (Better Impact) and produce regular corporate reports on student placements and Volunteers, identifying achievements, trends, and opportunities. Ultimately, you will ensure that daily tasks are being delivered efficiently, building relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
This is a part time (15 hours per week) max term contract until end of September 2024, with the role being based in East Perth.
What you will bring
You are a passionate and efficient administrator who wants to be part of a team who delivers quality services to our stakeholders and internal clients. To be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience in program administration and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Program administrator skills including planning and prioritising work, scheduling and time management.
• Exceptional customer service drive.
• Ability to anticipate potential problems, work in collaboration and be innovative and flexible.
• High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders with the capacity to build rapport and motivation.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced word processing and computing skills in Windows Systems including Outlook, Word/Excel, and database management/development.
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.

A competitive salary from $70,196 per annum [pro rata] + 11% superannuation.
Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
