About the role - We are seeking a welcoming, professional and forward-thinking Student Administration Officer to join our school administration team. You will work collaboratively as part of a team in our busy office, serving the needs of students and families at Assisi Catholic College.
Typical duties include:
- answering phone calls
- student, parent and staff liaison
- student absentee recording
- data entry
- sick bay and first aid duties
- other administration tasks as required.
About you - You must possess:
- good clerical skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- You should hold or be prepared to obtain a First Aid Certificate
