UNSW College is a not-for-profit, wholly owned enterprise of UNSW Sydney. UNSW College aspires to be an internationally leading provider of premium higher education pathways, transnational education ventures and student recruitment services.
We are currently searching for an engaging Student Enquiries Officer to join our Student Communications and Inquiries team based in Kensington.
Key aspects of this role include providing information and assistance to all UNSW College students, undertaking associated administration duties and providing a high level of customer service.
To be successful for this role:
- You are a people person!
- You have outstanding inter-personal skills; your written and oral communication are excellent.
- You can handle busy; you are comfortable in high volume, multi-channel customer service environments.
- You have experience using Microsoft Office products, databases, and/or client management systems. You can learn complex administration processes.
- You have excellent time management, attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
Mandarin language skills and experience within the international education sector would be an advantage!
