JOB TITLE: STUDENT ONBOARDING OFFICER SA
Location: Victoria Park, Pakapakanthi (Park 16) South Australia
Work Type: Full-time
Reports To: National Sales Manager

As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce a newly created position within our team - Student Onboarding Officer exclusive to South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive interviews with prospective students to gather pre-training requirements.
Execute all administrative procedures mandated by Training SA to ensure the seamless onboarding of new students into classrooms.
Work closely with the National Sales Manager to enhance and optimize the Student Onboarding process within South Australia.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student data with relevant regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and adherence to established processes and procedures.
Skills Required:
Proficient in data administration with a keen attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRMs, LMS, and platforms such as Salesforce, VETtrack is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the education or training sector, is advantageous.
Knowledge of Training SA procedures and requirements is a plus.
Experience with CRMs, LMS, and Salesforce/VETtrack platforms is highly desirable.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.
Knowledge of video conferencing software such as Zoom meetings.
Basic to advanced IT and computer skills to be able to troubleshoot your own small computer issues within a reasonable timeframe. [NT1]
