We are looking for an exceptionally switched on candidate to start up our Future Talent team. Working closely with both our People and Culture and Corporate Communications teams, this full-time position, which is also available as a job share arrangement, is a unique opportunity.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the focus on future talent through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, setting strategy and implementing projects initially, building well established programs with clear business benefits for future talent.
Key focus areas are -
Strategically establish a range of Bosch learning opportunities for future talent engagement;
- Work with Primary Schools to create a learning experience opportunity for grade 6 students at Bosch - Learn@Bosch,
- Work with High Schools to establish a structured year 10 Work Experience Program - WorkExperience@Bosch,
- Set up an alumni group for ex Bosch students to remain engaged with the organisation - Alumni@Bosch.
Manage student cohort for the purpose of acquiring and retaining talent into the business.
Engage with the Tertiary sector for representation at events and influence on program content for future business needs.
Collaboration with Heads of Business on future skill requirements and future talent needs.
Design programs that excite people at all levels and help to develop the strategy.
Qualifications
Skills required to be successful in this position are:
Communication skills - exceptional ability to portray clear messages, in both written and verbal format which will be utilised with both internal and external contacts, such as, educational institutes, young students, teenagers, current Bosch students and Heads of Business.
Organisational skills - well established experience in planning and executing tasks with a strong focus on administration.
Prioritisation skills - be able to manage multiple projects at one time, with a range of stakeholders and priorities.
Presentation skills - confidence and competence to speak in front of small and large groups of people of varying ages, as a key representative of the business.
You as the successful candidate…..will be passionate about future talent, you will have experience with administration, be exceptional at multi-tasking and working to achieve amazing results.
Your background may be in administration, learning and development, the education sector, teaching, eevent corodinationor other relevant experience.
You are likely to have a degree in your chosen profession yet may also have extensive work experience that adds similar value.
This role has the opportunity for two part time candidates or 1 full time person.
This role will require a current Working with Children Check.
