  • Level 5: $77,228 - $87,337 (pro-rata if part-time) + 17% Superannuation
  • Part-time hours will be considered (minimum 21 hours per week)
The Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health (SMAH) comprises of the Schools of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences; Earth, Atmospheric Life Sciences; Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences; Nursing; and the Graduate School of Medicine. Empowered by first-class teaching, driven by active research, and committed to advancing equity, diversity and reconciliation, this Faculty combines the very best of science, with strong capacity for translation to our global communities' needs and aspirations.We are seeking a Student Placement Officer to play a crucial role in providing administrative support for student workplace experiences within the Faculty of Science, Medicine, and Health. Your efficiency and effectiveness will be key in ensuring seamless Student Placements, fundamental to our teaching goals and enhancing student satisfaction.To be successful you will hold a relevant degree or have equivalent training and experience. Your ability to proactively plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, as well as outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, will be essential. Proficiency in information technology, including databases and the MS Office suite, is a must.
