This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Geelong, some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management: Support the development and management of project plans and schedules in accordance with the Agency's project management framework.
• Administrative and Procedural Support: Provide advice, procedural guidance, and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
• Research, Analysis, and Reporting: Assist with research and analysis on relevant project activities, regular project reporting, and drafting project documentation.
• Financial Monitoring and Stakeholder Relationships: Assist in monitoring project budgets, reporting on expenditure, reconciling payments, and maintaining stakeholder relationships to support project delivery.
