About The Role:
The Student Records Officer is responsible for providing administrative support through maintaining accurate Student Records and ensuring compliance with Bendigo Kangan Institute's internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The role plays an important part in the Institute's data and record keeping
We are excited about you because you have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence
  • Experience in an educational environment (desirable)
  • Exposure to the use of Student Management Systems, internet search engines, the Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • An appropriate certificate level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training in providing customer service and administrative support
  • Demonstrate professional and high-quality customer service communication skills
