Job description

Creating a brighter future for life in the Tropics and beyond, through education and research that makes a difference locally, and globally, James Cook University (JCU) now have an exciting opportunity for a Student Success Officer to join our dedicated team in the Centre for Education and Enhancement.

You bring effective computer and data entry skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other learning related software, and a proven ability to interpret and act on data, preferably in a Higher Education setting. As an effective and confident communicator, you establish and maintain highly effective working relationships whilst you use organisational, problem solving and administrative skills to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.

  • Attractive options for salary packaging
  • Fitness Passport
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Professional development support
  • Access to online media subscriptions
  • Corporate discount on health insurance premiums
  • Well-equipped campus facilities including sporting, fitness and cafes.
