The Opportunity
The Student Support and Engagement Coordinator is critical in delivering exemplary student services for Arts students and staff. Prioritizing operational excellence, you will provide a comprehensive range of student lifecycle services including: student enquiries, admissions and selection, orientation and transition, course advice, enrolment and course progression, course completions, course transfers, academic progress and other related activities.
You will deliver top-tier administrative services and customer care, while adhering to Monash guidelines and policies. You'll provide support to relevant committees, and to operational administrative and Engagement activities which are centred around the student lifecycle.
We're seeking a candidate with exceptional administration skills and a track record in creating and implementing efficient operational processes. You'll thrive in managing time, planning, and organization, handling multiple priorities and deadlines with finesse. Your commitment to top-notch customer service and hands-on approach will shine. Experience in delivering front-line services in a complex educational setting is crucial.
