Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Student Support Coordinator to join QUT College, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
The College is seeking an experienced and proactive administration leader with the ability to coordinate delivery of effective Student Support and administration activities to support students and staff. The breadth of operational responsibility undertaken by the Administration team provides a unique opportunity for the successful applicant to engage with a diverse selection of College stakeholders and develop skills across all areas of student administration and facility operations. The role is suited to someone who enjoys the challenges of process development and improvement amidst the day-to-day coordination of a busy team.

What you need to succeed
- Completion of a degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise a high performing team, and maintain oversight of a broad range of administrative processes simultaneously, including the ability to plan for, and allocate resources according to operational demand.
- Proven ability to evaluate systems and processes and implement improvements at an operational level according to business needs.
- High-level written communication skills that enable the preparation of clear and concise information tailored to targeted cohorts or information platforms.
- High-level interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels of a large organisation.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies; experience utilising university data management systems; and a comprehensive understanding of the diverse functions within Office 365 is preferred.
