Reporting to Futago’s Managing Director, the primary purpose of the role is bookkeeping: co-ordinating accounts receivable and payable, payroll, bank reconciliations and basic reception duties. However this role is diverse and depending on your skill can be expanded to include other studio administration duties, like HR, ordering, and assisting the design team with admin and general coordination. It will suit someone who likes multi-tasking and working within a collaborative, people-focused team.
The position requires being in the studio, which is in a spacious, renovated top floor, historic sandstone warehouse in Salamanca.

Qualifications/experience
Essential:
- Bookkeeping experience in Xero
Desirable:
- Prior experience using Apple Mac operating system
- General administration skills
- HR knowledge
