With the current Studio Assistant going on maternity leave this leaves an opportunity for someone to take over either for the next 6 months on a full time basis or permanent part time beyond 6 months. This is an opportunity for someone who is switched on and wants to be apart of a busy dynamic team and of course loves Architecture!!
The role will be different day to day and involve duties that range from reception to general administration tasks.
Your Day to Day:
Being the first point of contact for the business and making sure everything runs smoothly your day to day will look like this:
- Front end reception duties
- Diary & email management for Directors
- Travel arrangements
- Office coordination
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Assisting with company website updates
- Events
- Presentations
- Accounts assistance
- Marketing & social media
- Project assistance
- Reporting
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent can do attitude
- 1-2 years minimum experience in admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with In-design is desirable
