We’re currently seeking a highly organised, efficient & experienced Studio Manager to join our team & oversee the daily operations of the Studio.
About the Role.
This is a fantastic 9-month fixed term opportunity, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities & assisting in various administrative & managerial tasks.
The role calls for a go-getter, the type of person who finds ways to make work, rather than waiting for the work to come to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant duties to two busy Directors, including email & diary management
- Managing the reception area, including receiving & distributing phone calls, managing emails & correspondence, as well as organising office meetings
- Assisting in the setup of internal meetings & administrative tasks for the initial stages of projects i.e. preparation of fee proposals, programming, budgeting & forecasting
- Assisting with HR tasks including recruitment, performance reviews, onboarding, etc
- Assisting external IT Management team with large IT projects/enquiries and handling small scale IT projects & enquiries in-house
- Coordinating office events including staff birthdays, team outings & Christmas events
- Managing stationary, kitchen, & stock supplies
About You.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented & capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience as a Studio Manager and/or Personal Assistant is preferred
- We work in the architectural & interior design industry so some knowledge of that would be awesome, but not a deal breaker by any means
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks & manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite & other relevant software applications
