To help us continue our journey of growth and success, we're looking for an ambitious and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and our community. 

The Role: As our Studio Captain, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our studio. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading our team of trainers, and driving member satisfaction to new heights. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, motivate, and guide our team of trainers towards achieving personal and professional growth. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure alignment with our studio's values and goals.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, member retention, and studio growth. Work closely with the studio owner to align your strategies with the overall vision of the business.

Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as member retention, churn rates, and growth metrics. Utilize this data to make informed decisions and adjustments to our strategy and operations.

Member Experience and Retention: Champion the member experience by ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support. Develop initiatives to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Marketing and Community Outreach: Collaborate with marketing to promote the studio, attract new members, and build a strong community presence. Participate in local events and partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive growth.

- Proven experience in a management role within the fitness or related industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A results-driven approach with a strong analytical ability to understand and act on KPIs.

- Passionate about fitness and wellness with a commitment to continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
