As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of fundraising campaigns while working hand-in-hand with experts across the agency including highly skilled digital and creative teams.
Through effective communication and project management you’ll build and enhance strong relationships with charity clients. You’ll be a key contact for them in a trusted partnership.
With knowledge of the best strategies, tools and tactics you’ll implement fundraising event strategic plans and roll out multi-channel campaigns to meet and exceed targets. Digital channels (website, email and social media) are pivotal for peer-to-peer campaigns, so experience in their development and utilisation for marketing will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for key fundraising event and community fundraising clients.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service and improve on existing client relationships.
- Organise client and creative briefings and coordinate activities from concept development to production, to ensure campaign budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
- Work across various channels including email, SMS, social media, search, display, YouTube, websites, print and mail.
- Support with the strategic development and implementation of client’s events and community fundraising programs.
- Work with data agencies and data analysts to source data and then provide post campaign analysis.
- Provide accurate quoting and invoicing relative to accounts managed.
- Be responsible for continuous learning and development whilst contributing to a vibrant workforce and supportive team.
Key Skills required:
- 3 years + experience in events/community fundraising is essential.
- Experience delivering effective supporter acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
- Well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in challenging the status quo while being data driven.
- Confidence and ability to take control of a situation where appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to deliver multiple complex projects on time and on budget.
