This renowned, high-end architecture practice is looking for a new Administration Assistant to join their business support team. Being a first point of contract for clients, you will be supporting their enquiries through phone, email or in person. As well as, helping schedule meeting rooms, facilities management and event organization. In this varied role, you will be utilizing you administration skills, whilst given ample opportunities to develop new skills, whether this be in marketing and people and culture.
Located in a beautiful art-deco, modern office space in the heart of Syndey. You would be joining a forward-thinking, supportive team who enjoy working with another and regularly attending social events.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Admin Support to our Principals including all correspondence, diary management and coordination
- Directly report to the Practice Manager. Duties will include assisting with events, training, and coordination of studio meetings and the management of our IT & Practice Administration systems
- Manage the general appearance of the office environment to ensure that it is well presented, organized, clean and tidy
- Prepare and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Manage office consumables.
- Provide proactive support and general assistance to team members when required to ensure happiness and productivity across the practice.
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years' experience in a receptionist/customer service role.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and manage various roles at once.
