The Vision

Join our dynamic team in Surry Hills and become an integral part of our creative studio and agency collective, spanning across key Deepend Group brands including History Will Be Kind, How to Impact, and Deepend. We're seeking a creative thinker with a versatile mindset, ready to tackle any challenge with a positive attitude and a smile.  

As our Studio & Marketing Coordinator you will be integral to all aspects of the business. Being responsible for the overall running of the studio space, the team and atmosphere within it. And work alongside designers, Seniors, producers to create and nurture digital marketing campaigns.  

 The Role  
  • It’s a full-time entry level role. 
  • You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related.   
  • You’ll also look after the social activities of the company, so a positive approach and high-level organisational skills are key. You’ll be facilitating fun days out for the team to events and occasions like Lunch & Learns, Moonlight Cinema, Luna Park, our Christmas party, our bi-annual ski trip, fundraising, charity events and more.  
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of marketing initiatives including but not limited to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), content/copy creation and customer relations management.  
  • You’ll also provide support and assistance to the Senior Leaders with ad-hoc tasks and administration duties as required throughout the business, which will get you across all sorts of interesting things that happen across the team.   
About You  
  • Prior administration, marketing and office experience, whilst not essential, would help you in the role.  
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and an ocean of charisma.   
  • You will thrive on working within a team of strong creative minds. Building strong relationships, both in-house and externally, with our clients and suppliers.   
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.   
  • A positive and friendly personality will see you fit well with the team as the company has a very strong focus on teamwork and a dynamic agency culture.   

You are adaptable, rise to any challenge and able to take on ad-hoc tasks with flexible problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Customer Relation Management tools (CRM) such as HubSpot and various Social Media Platforms.   
  • Knowledge of Marketing tools such as Trello, Campaign Monitor and Survey Monkey. 
  • Positive attitude, immaculate presentation with strong communication and inter-personal skills.  
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.   
  • Ability to self-manage and rise to any challenge. 
  • Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and SharePoint, with basic understanding of administrative duties.
