Qualifications & experience
- IT Qualification: Valid IT certifications or degrees with passing grades. IT Experience: Minimum two years. Customer Service: At least one year, two preferred. Verbal Communication: Must be excellent. Sales Skills: persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills essential. Attitude: Driven and positive.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Installation of Laptops, Desktops, Routers/switches (Consumer grade) , mobile devices, self service checkouts and other IT Based work.
