IT Support Technician

As our newest technician, you would respond to incoming requests and faults, alerts, and maintenance tasks. You would:
- Assist users with their problems by phone, email and on-site where required
- Keep our clients' networks in good shape through patch management and responsive monitoring
- Diagnose hardware problems such as faulty RAM, Motherboards, Overheating Processors etc
- Provide workbench repairs when necessary, Corrupt Operating System - Re-Installation and Repair
- Share knowledge with the team
- Any number of other interesting general faults!
- Experience with RMM & ticketing systems (N-Able a bonus)
Your other duties will be to:
- Keep track of your time spent on tasks
- Take EFTPOS / Credit card payments for smaller jobs

- Have experience solving end-user IT problems
- Have experience maintaining and administering Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies and File ACLs in an MS Server environment
- Sound knowledge & experience with firewalls, NAT, VLAN's, IPSEC & other networking functions.
- Hold a current Australian drivers' license
- Can legally work in Australia
