The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with strong administrative skills to join our team in the position of Subcontractor Compliance Officer.
The main focus of the role will be to work with our prospective and current Subcontractors to induct them onto our trade panel, and ensure they remain compliant whilst on the panel.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data entry into our Subcontractor management program
- Liaising with Subcontractors to guide them through the induction process
- Liaising with Subcontractors to ensure we have up to date compliance records at all times
- Assist with sourcing new Subcontractors as required
- Following regulatory and company procedures with regard to compliance
- Support other team members with general data entry and project works as and when required, during peak periods or to cover leave
Skills & Experience required:
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Suite
- An ability and willingness to quickly learn new software/systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must!
- Must be reliable and provide references
- At least 5 years administration experience
The following skills/experience would be an advantage, but are not essential:
- Previous experience in the building industry and/or insurance industry, compliance, procurement or accounts
