We need a Subdivision Engineer who can partner with our amazing team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.
What You Will Be Working On
- Review subdivisional submissions for compliance with planning approvals and Council standards.
- Supervise developer-funded projects to ensure adherence to drawings, legislation, and safety standards.
- Approve engineering plans and inspect completed infrastructure projects for acceptance.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and requests from various stakeholders.
About You
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Extensive industry knowledge and experience in all aspects of subdivision construction and development engineering including road and drainage design, infrastructure design, consultant management and contract management.
- Experience with managing of conflicting demands in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.
- Knowledge of Council policies and Local Laws.
- Knowledge of town planning procedures and the Local Government Act.
- Knowledge of civil engineering and surveying principles relating to water management as well as road and drainage design.
