The Opportunity
In this role, you will report to the Manager Processing, working on an 8:6 roster as part of our Wodgina operation in Western Australia. You will responsible for ensuring efficient production, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and continuous improvement of processing activities to meet production targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of processing plant personnel, including operators and technicians.
- Implement operational plans and strategies to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and environmental compliance.
- Setting up procedures within the processing plant.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce operating costs.
What is Required?
Our preferred candidate will have significant prior experience in a production-oriented leadership capacity within a complex processing plant.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- A formal qualification in metallurgy or process engineering is beneficial but not essential.
- Flotation experience.
- Experience managing large processing teams.
