We are recruiting for a supermarket retail manager to take on this incredible opportunity in Chirnside Park! You must be a dynamic leader who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get hands on alongside the team to ensure success in the business. We are seeking applications from retailers with Supermarket management or team leader backgrounds.
As the Store Manager you will oversee all day to day operations of the store, including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising and mentoring your team. Use your strong business knowledge to generate growth and success in both the store and team, and be able to create a memorable customer experience in store.
What you can bring to the role:
- Previous management experience - preferably as a Supermarket manager or team leader.
- Strong operational knowledge including experience rostering and managing wage budgets, inventory management and visual merchandising
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
- Are confident managing a team of up to 20
- Ability to delegate and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to lead and inspire your team
- The drive and ambition to lead a successful store
- Physical skills to help manage huge deliveries and the warehouse out back!
