Shift Supervisor Role
We need a Shift Supervisor with a can-do attitude.
A successful candidate would have:
- Experience as a supervisor in a Supermarket
- Flexibility to work as a rotating roster as we operate 7 days a week for our customers.
- Available to work evening shifts and weekend availability is a must.
- Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise.
- Sound knowledge of supermarket best practices.
- A desire to provide the best customer experience at all times
- A leadership style that takes charge of your team and not is afraid to make tough decisions
- To handle the receiving, stocking, and conducting various shift duties
- The desire to take ownership of your position at all times
- Passion to develop a long-term career as a supermarket retailer
Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with your team will guarantee your success in this role.
