Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering enriching educational experiences for children.

• Supporting young children’s development and growth through holistic learning, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Creating a safe space for children to express themselves, explore and discover encouraging an open and diverse environment for personal development.
• Observing and assessing children’s progress and milestones, actively contributing to plans for development.
• Building strong partnerships with families, fostering a sense of community.

About You:

• Passion for working with children, in this rewarding career!
• Diploma or ECT considered.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• At least 6 months previous experience as an Early Years Educator
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS
