THE ROLE:
Due to continued growth Winslow Queensland are actively recruiting for experienced Foreman’s and Supervisors to join the team on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of sub-division & Urban projects by ensuring labour, sub-contractors, equipment, and materials are effectively managed.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor within the subdivision, roads, or drainage industry
- Experience in working with Government based clients
- Excellent client relationship management
- Building rapport with sub-contractors
- Solid people management skills
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Forecasting and programming
- Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Efficient and economic use of resources
- Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
- Startups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
- Mitigating and reporting incidences
- Audits and reporting
- Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
