Coaches and develops team leaders / teams to deliver high performance.Accountabilities:
- Responds to and improves the effectiveness of emergency response services to uplift organizational capability in managing emergencies/incidents.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies and assesses risks, makes risk informed decisions, uses BHP's risk management framework and builds a risk aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes.
- Plans, tracks the delivery of and manages a project to generate value and drive the achievement of project outcomes.

About YouRequired:- Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Health Care or equivalent / higher
- HR Drivers License
- Minimum of C class driver's license
- TAE - Training and Assessment
Desirable Qualifications- Certificate IV in Emergency Response Coordination or Certificate IV in Public Safety (Firefighting Supervision).
- Experience in leading and managing industrial emergency response teams.
- ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) Lead Investigator
