Salary range $135,459 – $157,027 plus super

About You:
Having experience in maintaining Hydro assets or processing plants, you understand the significance of maintenance planning. You can effectively communicate this importance, along with the financial implications, to key stakeholders, aiding informed business decisions. You are driven by processes, willing to embracing and implementing change to enhance efficiency and contribute to achieving strategic business objectives. Additionally, you excel as a people leader, committed to nurturing your team's development and growth through mentorship. Proficiency in SAP Master Data is highly valued.
About the role:
As the leader of a team of Regional Planners, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Hydro's Production Operations. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating annual maintenance schedules and other tasks to ensure Hydro's assets remain available and operate effectively. Collaborating with key stakeholders in the A&I and Commercial departments, you'll strive to achieve optimal risk and cost balances while ensuring generation availability.
