Job Description- An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
- The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
- Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
- Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends and a team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
- Continue to build on and drive our upbeat culture
- Demonstrated high-quality service standard
- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
- Must have an RSA certificate.
