Our Engineering Construction division at Monadelphous provides large scale, multidisciplinary project management and construction services through specialised business units. From concept and completion through to hand over, we provide services and solutions for major construction projects in all phases of development.
Due to Monadelphous' continued growth our Engineering Construction division is seeking highly skilled E&I Quality Supervisors to join in contributing to the success of current and upcoming projects arising across a diverse range of sectors including Iron-Ore, Lithium, Rare Earth, and Gold.
There are both FIFO 2:1 and DIDO 2:1 opportunities with an attractive salary package, site uplift and Project Completion Bonus on offer. This arrangement ensures that you will have a balanced work-life schedule while contributing to the project's success.

What you will bring
- Previous experience in a similar E&I Quality Supervisor position within the resources sector
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience within the resources sector
- Current WA Electrical Worker's License
- Electrical trade qualification
- Hazardous Areas qualification
- Sound working knowledge of Australian and international standards and codes
- Highly competent ability in computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
- A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
- A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Proof of right to work in Australia
