AddressWe are seeking highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individuals to work at Casphone Toowong as a Retail Store Supervisor/IT technician. The successful candidate possess leadership skills, knowledge and experience of working in similar industries and will deliver a world-class customer service, serve as a role model and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.
Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction.
- Effectively managing the operations of the shop (ensure cash register balance, back office management procedures etc).
- Managing staff and rosters on a weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
- Provide training, motivation, mentoring and support to members of the team.
- Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.
- Manage and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.
- Ensure small devices repairs are competently completed in an efficient timely manner.
- Repair small devices (mobile phone, ipad)
You will need to possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service (essential).
- Senior Retail Store Manager experience (essential).
- Previous experience leading a team, coaching and developing.
- Background/understanding of technology (essential).
- Experience in mobile or computer repairs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A passion for sales and selling.
- An understanding of retail operations.
- Eager to learn new skills and implement what you’ve learnt immediately.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and culture.
