With the imminent opening of our second venue, we are looking for Supervisors and both full-time and casual waitstaff across the venues.
Alta Trattoria is a homage to the honest yet sophisticated trattorias of Piemonte, being awarded one hat in September by Good Food Guide. Our new enoteca is due to open late April and will offer both drink-in and take-way wine with a food offering born in Italy's northwest whilst simultaneously drawing inspiration from other regions.
Supervisor applicants for both venues should have an intermediate level wine knowledge (preferably with sound knowledge of Italian wine but not necessary as this can be developed over time). We will provide on-site, regular, structured, wine training and tasting for all staff across both venues.
Applicants should also be experienced in managing staff, upholding high service standards, comfortable working in a small team and be willing to be versatile in the varying sections/roles they find themselves in.

Multiple casual waitstaff positions are also available, varying from mid-twenty hours a week right through to mid-high-thirty hours a week.
