Role Overview: As an Apprentice Electrician, you will be immersed in the world of renewable energy installations, learning cutting-edge techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a friendly and supportive high-performance team that values safety, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of solar PV systems, Batteries and Electric vehicle Charging.
- Learn and apply best practice standards under expert supervision.
- Engage with clients to provide transparent and respectful service.
- Support team efforts to ensure smooth project execution and impactful results.

What's The Catch? This role is physically demanding and involves a degree of risk, as we often work at heights and handle electricity. A commitment to safety is paramount; you must be able to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict safety protocols.
This industry is specialised, and the work isn't always glamorous. Conditions can be challenging—hot, cold, windy, dirty, wet, and more. Yet, for those who love the physical aspect, the great outdoors, and thrive under such conditions, this role will be incredibly rewarding. If you prefer a less demanding environment or are uncomfortable with heights, this position might not be the best fit for you.
Additional Requirements: As our work involves entering people's homes and working within different organisations, candidates must pass police and working with children checks.
