AddressWe are looking for a friendly and dynamic Office Administrator to join our Toowoomba Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.
This position will provide a wide range of administrative, productivity and HR focused support services to the wider Supply Chain Department.
We’re looking for someone who:
- has experience in an administration position including database management, reporting and HR related matters;
- is able to maintain a high level of interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication;
- demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise, multitask and anticipate work demands;
- maintains accurate and strong keyboard and data entry skills;
- provides excellent customer service and has the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a continuously professional manner; and
- demonstrates good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel predominately).
