The role:

In this contract role as a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the ANZ distribution team. Reporting directly to the ANZ Distribution Manager, you will be part of a hardworking, supportive team who take pride in delivering excellence to internal and external stakeholders.

Some of the things you will find yourself doing:

• Verify, allocate and approve freight invoices for customer deliveries, checking for errors and assigning costs to correct department 
• Allocate according to company standards, following the different procedures for the different software platforms (ERPs) 
• Investigate unverified freight charges  
• Navigate company infrastructure to seek information from different divisions 
• Manage carrier relationships through day-to-day correspondence, account and statement reviews, and ad hoc inquiries 
• Provide support as needed to Supply Chain administration team  

If you have:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Previous experience with SAP 
• Previous Supply Chain or Freight experience highly regarded
• High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
