About the role:
contract logistics growth by offering Supply Chain Solutions design and automation to internal and external customers for specific sector (Consumer).
The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the tender and new business pipeline, ensuring the successful delivery of IT services aligned with the country's strategy and sector-specific needs.
How does the day look like?
- Managing the tender and new business pipeline of IT solutions for DHL Supply Chain Australia
- Being accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services and components that align with the country's strategy and sector-specific needs.
- Designing Supply Chain IT solutions with strong focus on scalable and standardized (where possible) design, along with focuses on digitalization and innovation to maximize the benefit to DHL and our customers.
- Building, leading, and driving a focused team culture on continuous improvement.
- Ensuring coordination between team members, stakeholders, and other departments is right at first for the successful delivery of the IT solutions.
- Creating and presenting compelling business cases to DHL and customer senior management.
- Coordinating demand versus supply with the IT solution delivery team and our vendors.

- 10+ years Supply Chain IT Solutions.
- Proven expertise in maintaining effective customer relationships.
- Establishing high performance environment.
- Competency in consultative approach, program management, and functional analysis.
