The Supply Chain Analyst will be a key partner responsible for driving significant analysis opportunities across the Australian Fulfillment Center network. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including managing operational metrics, enhancing reporting systems, and providing insightful forecasting and analysis. The ideal candidate will be strategic and analytical, demonstrating a proven ability to effectively elevate the performance of a high-growth business.
In addition, the candidate should possess a robust capacity to generate and implement actionable insights derived from data within the Fulfillment network. This role requires not only a keen eye for detail but also the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives in the Australian market
Key job responsibilities
• Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and appropriate modeling.
• Develop evaluation framework for the network to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to business decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical consideration for the end-to-end impact to systems, tools and ongoing support requirements.
• Identify opportunities and drive automation in existing manual process
• Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
• Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of program or project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
