About the Role

Based at our Perth office, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Lead to oversee and optimise our Supply Chain process.  The ideal candidate will have strong background in Supply Chain management within the engineering and construction industry, coupled with exception leadership and strategic planning abilities.

To be successful, you will preferably have experience with elements of the following in the Australian onshore oil and gas infrastructure project environment:

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise the company’s Supply Chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost effectiveness and reliability.
• Led procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation and contract management, to secure the best value for the compnay.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to forecast demand, plan procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners to ensure a seamless Supply Chain flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Supply Chain processes and reduce lead times.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and regulator changes that may impact Supply Chain operations. 

Essential Qualities and Background

• Degree qualified in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field. 
• Proven experience in Supply Chain management within the oil and gas engineering and construction industry, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills 
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Availability to travel interstate and to sites when needed .

Enscope works in all States of Australia so candidates must be willing to travel to our construction sites and client offices, both in Western Australia and interstate to represent the Company on occasion.
