ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team in the Ladies Knits category!
Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth delivery of product to the Distribution Centres and stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
- Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
- Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Managing the production schedule and associated administration
- Advising on Purchase Order quantities, problem solving and delivery updates
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a supply chain based role would be advantageous
- Confident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
