- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of aircraft parts worldwide to meet critical time deadlines.
- Responsible for outsourcing rotable items for repair & overhaul
- Maintain up-to-date records of product orders, product times and their transportation status
- Ensuring safety procedures are strictly followed at all time
- Documenting – Ensuring traceability and track by recording information on required certification i.e. FAA 8130-3, EASA FORM 1 etc and Certificate of Conformances
- Implementation of plans to maintain the required stock levels at minimum cost in accordance with JSI requirements
- The use of Component Control (Aviation Software computer system) to process and manage stores and inventory
- Performing quality checks
- Liaising with suppliers on ETA’s and backorders
- Ensuring safety procedures are strictly followed at all time
- Australian citizen and Permanent resident are encouraged to apply
- At least 3 years qualification in similar role
- Confidence in the use of computers, ERP system, and Scanners
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- Forklift Licence, stock Picker licences are advantage but not essential
- Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to work autonomously without Supervision
- Strong analytical, business mindset and problem solving skills
