Operations and Logistics Manager
Located in Northern NSW. Full time role.
We’re searching for an experienced operations manager able to oversee our busy factory.
Your role:
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar role managing a warehouse or factory as you will be organising multiple delivery trucks, incoming stock, scheduling production, workflow and staff.
A mechanical background would be an advantage as this will allow you to hit the ground running and save time learning about the different components used in our manufacturing.
Initially you would be responsible for around 6 staff, which will increase over time as our business has been steadily growing for the past 3 years.
Rapid growth often results in band aid solutions for organisational problems; you will be responsible for streamlining the factory and eliminating these issues. You will be provided with all the resources required to achieve great results.
You’ll also need to be hands on at times, overseeing the ordering of parts and materials from various suppliers, as well as the day to day running of the factory.
